Combining Differing Food Component Substances



The Rules:

  • Eat melons alone or leave them alone.
  • Sweet fruit should not be combined with sour
  • Never mix fruit with vegetables (except with juices, apples may be mixed)
  • The acid condition created in the body by improper food combining and inability to properly utilize popular foods leaches calcium and minerals from the body in its quest to neutralize the acid, in addition to fostering dental decay, fungus and bacterial infection, and an overall weakening of the immune system and energy level. Live foods in the proper and simple combinations are life restoring.
  • Sugar, salt, carbonated drinks and / or bad combining of foods (fruit with anything, starch with protein) all create an acid condition where the body bloats and leeches bone calcium to neutralize the acid
